1. Deliver unparalleled service and uphold luxury etiquette standards.
2. Achieve operational excellence KPIs and ensure team compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures.
3. Maintain pristine store presentation and support effective operational organization across services such as hospitality, personalization, and styling.
4. Implement effective operations, manage stock and transfer movements, and support payment processes and security.
5. Support store opening and closing procedures and workforce planning.
6. Foster an inclusive and supportive team environment, emphasizing the importance of people.
7. Demonstrate resilience in challenging assignments and celebrate innovation in new working methods.
8. Exhibit a positive, ambitious, and collaborative attitude, fostering a culture of joy.
9. Propose improvements to store leadership, support new operational tools and systems rollout, and encourage team adoption.

1. 4-5 years of experience in retail operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Organized and detail-oriented.
6. Flexibility to adapt to day-to-day business needs.
7. Authorization to work in Italy.
8. Advanced proficiency in Italian and English.

Minimum of 3 years in retail operations, preferably within the luxury sector.
