- Deliver unparalleled service and uphold luxury etiquette standards.
- Achieve operational excellence KPIs and ensure team compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures.
- Maintain pristine store presentation and support effective operational organization across services such as hospitality, personalization, and styling.
- Implement effective operations, manage stock and transfer movements, and support payment processes and security.
- Support store opening and closing procedures and workforce planning.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive team environment, emphasizing the importance of people.
- Demonstrate resilience in challenging assignments and celebrate innovation in new working methods.
- Exhibit a positive, ambitious, and collaborative attitude, fostering a culture of joy.
- Propose improvements to store leadership, support new operational tools and systems rollout, and encourage team adoption.
- 4-5 years of experience in retail operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to adapt to day-to-day business needs.
- Authorization to work in Italy.
- Advanced proficiency in Italian and English.

Minimum of 3 years in retail operations, preferably within the luxury sector.
A college/university degree is preferred; Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
