- Deliver unparalleled service and results that uphold the standards of excellence and luxury etiquette.
- Achieve store operational excellence KPIs and ensure team compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures.
- Contribute to pristine store presentation and support the team with effective operational organization on all services.
- Implement effective operations, stock management, and transfer movements, including cycle counts and inventories.
- Support various payment processes and security measures, including omnichannel and cash handling.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures as a key holder.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive team environment, emphasizing the belief that people make the difference.
- Leverage knowledge and passion for the Tiffany & Co. brand to support Client Advisors and curate memorable experiences.
- Connect with clients and teams by asking strategic questions and establishing lasting relationships.
- Display professionalism and adaptability, implementing feedback appropriately.
- Propose effective improvements to Store Leadership and support new operational tools and systems rollout.
- Must currently be based in and hold authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
- 2-3 years of prior experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
Minimum of 3 years in retail operations, with a focus on merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
