1. Deliver exceptional service and uphold luxury standards and etiquette.
2. Achieve operational excellence KPIs and ensure compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures.
3. Maintain pristine store presentation and support operational organization for services such as hospitality and personalization.
4. Manage stock operations, including cycle counts, inventories, and payment processes.
5. Support store opening and closing procedures as a key holder.
6. Foster an inclusive and supportive team environment.
7. Leverage brand knowledge to support Client Advisors and curate memorable client experiences.
8. Establish lasting relationships with clients and teams through strategic communication.
9. Adapt behavior based on feedback and demonstrate professionalism.
10. Propose improvements to Store Leadership and support the rollout of new operational tools and systems.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail operations.

1. Strong organizational and operational management skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in stock management and inventory processes.
4. Ability to adapt to new systems and procedures.
5. Customer service excellence and luxury etiquette.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations is required.
