1. Deliver unparalleled service and results that uphold the standards of excellence and luxury etiquette.
2. Achieve store operational excellence KPIs and support team compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures.
3. Contribute to pristine store presentation and support the team with effective operational organization on all services to deliver an elevated experience.
4. Implement effective operations, stock management, and transfer movements, including cycle counts and inventories.
5. Support various payment processes and security, including omnichannel and cash services.
6. Assist with store opening and closing procedures as a key holder.
7. Foster an inclusive and supportive team environment, centered on the belief that People Make the Difference.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations within the luxury retail sector.
