- Lead back-of-house operations in a Tiffany store, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Act as a key holder and manager on duty in the absence of store management.
- Coordinate client service activities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales goals.
- Capture and manage customer data to cultivate relationships and drive loyalty.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, embodying the Tiffany brand values.
- Provide operational support through tasks such as shipping, receiving, and merchandise replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with sales professionals and management to address client requests and feedback.
- Support operational efficiency objectives and assist in coaching team members.
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
- 2-3 years of retail experience with a focus on operations, merchandising, and client service.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data management and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle client and employee concerns.
Minimum of 3 years in retail operations, with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
