Tiffany & Co. Operations Coordinator

- Lead back-of-house operations within the Tiffany store, ensuring seamless execution of order fulfillment, inventory management, and client service coordination.
- Act as a key holder and manager on duty in the absence of store management, overseeing opening and closing procedures.
- Enhance client relationships to drive loyalty and sales, supporting the store in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, embodying the Tiffany brand as an ambassador and executing the Tiffany Experience Initiatives (TEI).
- Maintain operational excellence by executing daily tasks such as shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with sales professionals, management, and clients to address and resolve requests promptly.
- Support operational efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
- Assist management in coordinating team activities and coaching team members to enhance performance.
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
- 2-3 years of retail experience with a focus on operations, merchandising, client service, and administration.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to varying business needs.

Minimum of 3 years in retail operations, with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration.
Preferred: College/university degree or Graduate Gemologist degree from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
