- Perform all back of house operations in a Tiffany store.
- Provide excellent client service and support store leadership on key initiatives.
- Act as a manager on duty when a manager is unavailable.
- Coordinate order fulfillment and manage inventory.
- Coordinate client service activities and open/close the store.
- Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
- Capture customer data to cultivate new and existing customers.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- Execute daily operational tasks such as shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Partner with Sales Professionals, Management, and clients to respond to requests.
- Assist management in coordinating work and coaching team members.
- Must currently be based in and hold authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
- 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to perform different tasks based on business needs.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
Preferred: A college/university degree. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework.
