- Lead all back-of-house operations within the Tiffany store.
- Provide exemplary client service and collaborate with store leadership to support key initiatives and drive sales goals.
- Act as a key holder and manager on duty in the absence of a manager, coordinating order fulfillment, inventory management, and client service activities.
- Ensure operational excellence by completing daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and merchandise replenishment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with internal control procedures.
- Support company operations efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
- Enhance client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
- Execute sales support functions to achieve or exceed store sales plans.
- Collect and manage customer data to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences and act as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, with knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

Minimum of 3 years in retail operations, focusing on merchandising, client service, and administration.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
The hiring range for this position is $24.65 - $33.35 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
