Tiffany & Co. Operations Coordinator

- Lead back-of-house operations in a Tiffany store.
- Provide exemplary client service and collaborate with store leadership to support team initiatives and drive sales goals.
- Act as a key holder and manager on duty, coordinating order fulfillment, inventory management, and client service activities.
- Ensure operational excellence by completing tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry cleaning.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with internal control procedures.
- Support operations efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
- Cultivate client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
- Execute sales support functions to achieve store sales plans.
- Collect and manage customer data to enhance client relationships.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- Resolve client and employee concerns using policy and procedural knowledge.
- 2-3 years of retail experience in operations, merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks based on business needs.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

A minimum of 3 years in retail operations with a focus on merchandising and client service.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
