1. Lead all back-of-house operations within the Tiffany store.
2. Provide exemplary client service and collaborate with store leadership to support team initiatives and sales goals.
3. Act as a key holder and manager on duty in the absence of store management, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, and client service activities.
4. Ensure operational excellence by completing tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry maintenance.
5. Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with internal control procedures.
6. Support operational efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
7. Enhance client relationships to foster loyalty and drive sales.
8. Collect and manage customer data to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
9. Deliver memorable in-store experiences and embody the Tiffany brand as an ambassador.
10. Resolve client and employee concerns with informed judgment and adherence to policies.

1. 2-3 years of retail experience in operations, with knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Organized and detail-oriented.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations is required.

A college or university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is desirable.

The hiring range for this position is $24.65 - $33.35 per hour, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
