- Lead all back-of-house operations within the Tiffany store.
- Provide exemplary client service and collaborate with store leadership to support team initiatives and sales goals.
- Act as a key holder and manager on duty in the absence of store management, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, and client service activities.
- Ensure operational excellence by completing tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry maintenance.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with internal control procedures.
- Support operational efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
- Enhance client relationships to foster loyalty and drive sales.
- Collect and manage customer data to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences and embody the Tiffany brand as an ambassador.
- Resolve client and employee concerns with informed judgment and adherence to policies.
- 2-3 years of retail experience in operations, with knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations is required.
A college or university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is desirable.
The hiring range for this position is $24.65 - $33.35 per hour, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
