Tiffany & Co. Operations Coordinator

- Oversee store merchandise, including receiving and preparing transfers to other locations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and availability, optimizing client service.
- Monitor daily high-value counts and maintain returns reports.
- Lead and coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory preparations.
- Manage price changes, merges, re-classes, and ticket changes.
- Process merchandise requests and follow up on special orders/back orders.
- Provide superior client service for all post-sales activities.
- Ensure timely completion of repair/engraving orders and communicate estimates.
- Perform minor onsite repairs and cleanings within the store's client service area.
- Assist in visual presentation of merchandise through scheduled cleaning and inspection.
- Support sales floor activities and provide outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate store events and partner with marketing for merchandise requests.
- Manage store supplies, including sundries, packaging, and hospitality.
- Track invoice approvals and verify daily inventory reports.
- Liaise with facilities and IT, manage audit issues, and oversee record retention.
- Perform daily cashier functions and act as security and health & safety liaison.
- Maintain and implement operational support systems.
- 2-3 years of prior experience in retail operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Analytical skills preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with IT knowledge.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills with clients, peers, and management.
- Adherence to Tiffany & Co. standards.
- Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to day-to-day business needs.
- Knowledge of local import/export regulations.
- Fluency in German and English.
