- Oversee store merchandise, including receiving and transferring items.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and availability to optimize client service.
- Monitor high-value counts and maintain returns reports.
- Lead cycle counts and physical inventory preparations.
- Coordinate price changes and ticket updates.
- Process merchandise requests and follow up on special orders.
- Provide superior client service for post-sales activities.
- Ensure timely completion of repair and engraving orders.
- Perform minor onsite repairs and cleanings.
- Assist in visual presentation and inventory inspections.
- Support sales floor activities and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist with store event planning and coordination.
- Manage store supplies and daily tracking of invoices.
- Liaise with facilities and IT, and manage record retention.
- Perform daily cashier functions and act as security liaison.
- 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Analytical skills preferred.
- Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work well with clients, peers, and management.
- Understanding of Tiffany & Co. standards.
- Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to perform different tasks based on business needs.
- Knowledge of local import/export regulations.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
- IT knowledge.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations.
