- Ensure all repairs and service orders, including engraving, etching, and embossing, are accurately entered, monitored, and completed.
- Provide exceptional client follow-up to support the development of lasting client relationships.
- Consult with appointment clients and assist walk-in clients with their needs.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, post, and email.
- Fulfill client order requests, managing the transaction process and coordinating shipping.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a luxury retail or client-focused environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse client base and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Flexibility to work traditional retail trading hours, including weekdays, weekends, late nights, and holidays.
A minimum of 2 years in a similar role within luxury retail or a client-focused environment is required.
