Tiffany & Co. Operations Coordinator

1. Oversee store merchandise, including receiving, transferring, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
2. Monitor and maintain the Daily High Value count and returns report.
3. Lead and coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory preparations.
4. Manage price changes, merges, re-classes, and ticket changes.
5. Provide superior post-sales client service, including handling repair and engraving orders.
6. Assist with visual presentation of merchandise and conduct scheduled cleaning and inspections.
7. Support sales floor activities and provide outstanding customer service.
8. Partner with the sales team and assist with store events and marketing requests.
9. Manage store supplies, including sundries, packaging, and hospitality.
10. Perform daily cashier functions and manage accounts payable and cash-related tasks.
11. Act as liaison with facilities, IT, and manage record retention.
12. Ensure compliance with security and health & safety standards.

1. 2-3 years of prior experience in retail operations, particularly in merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
2. Analytical skills preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with IT knowledge.
4. Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Organized and detail-oriented.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with clients, peers, and management.
7. Understanding of Tiffany & Co. standards.
8. Project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
9. Flexibility to adapt to day-to-day business needs.
10. Knowledge of local import/export regulations.
11. Fluency in German and English.
