Tiffany & Co. Operations Coordinator

- Oversee store merchandise, including receiving, transferring, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain the Daily High Value count and returns report.
- Lead and coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory preparations.
- Manage price changes, merges, re-classes, and ticket changes.
- Provide superior post-sales client service, including handling repair and engraving orders.
- Assist with visual presentation of merchandise and conduct scheduled cleaning and inspections.
- Support sales floor activities and provide outstanding customer service.
- Partner with the sales team and assist with store events and marketing requests.
- Manage store supplies, including sundries, packaging, and hospitality.
- Perform daily cashier functions and manage accounts payable and cash-related tasks.
- Act as liaison with facilities, IT, and manage record retention.
- Ensure compliance with security and health & safety standards.
- 2-3 years of prior experience in retail operations, particularly in merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Analytical skills preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with IT knowledge.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with clients, peers, and management.
- Understanding of Tiffany & Co. standards.
- Project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to day-to-day business needs.
- Knowledge of local import/export regulations.
- Fluency in German and English.
