1. Adhere to Tiffany & Co. standards for packing functions, ensuring accurate and appropriate preparation of client orders.
2. Maintain order and inventory integrity in accordance with established guidelines, securing company assets.
3. Consistently meet or exceed productivity requirements based on business needs and metrics.
4. Process domestic and international outbound shipments accurately and timely.
5. Prepare outbound shipments by scanning cartons, applying correct labeling, and ensuring secure packaging.
6. Follow systematic shipping steps and processing, completing online forms and ensuring accurate shipping information accompanies every package.
7. Receive inbound shipments systematically and physically, acting as liaison to carriers.
8. Put away merchandise and supplies in proper locations, preparing for future client orders.
9. Process returns, utilizing systems to prepare merchandise for return to stock, repair, or customers.
10. Request packaging quantities and support replenishment of items to appropriate packing areas.
11. Survey packing stations and aisle locations, documenting inbound and outbound materials and supplies.
12. Operate material handling equipment and technology.

Beginner level experience in operations or logistics is required.
