- Maintain precise control of operations to ensure timely delivery and efficient execution of logistical and operational processes.
- Manage and track files related to imports and exports.
- Digitize and organize documentation.
- Handle payment requisitions for suppliers.
- Support monthly audit follow-ups.
- Request and manage orders for packaging materials and uniforms.
- Search for and evaluate suppliers.
- Currently enrolled in at least the 6th semester of a relevant degree program.
- Pursuing a degree in International Business, International Relations, Administration, or Foreign Trade.
- Assertive communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information effectively.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Advanced English language skills.
Beginner level experience in operations or logistics is required.
Currently pursuing a degree in International Business, International Relations, Administration, or Foreign Trade.
Interns will gain hands-on experience in a prestigious luxury brand, with opportunities to learn and grow in the fields of operations and logistics.
