1. Adhere to all safety protocols and promptly report any incidents or safety concerns to supervisors.
2. Train under experienced professionals to produce and prepare Natural and Silicone rubber molds for the lost wax casting process.
3. Utilize standard wax injection equipment to validate all produced models.
4. Learn and apply inspection criteria and quality standards for models, molds, and waxes, identifying defects and assisting in resolving process issues.
5. Gain proficiency in producing waxes from the wax injection process using standard techniques and equipment.
6. Collaborate with a Process Engineer to understand sprue designs and the flow of wax and metal through sprues.
7. Hand solder sprues onto wax parts for complex geometry as needed.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Proficiency in English communication, including reading, writing, and comprehension of safety manuals and company policies
3. Intermediate math and computer skills

1. Strong communication skills, both written and oral
2. Ability to work effectively in a team
3. Interpersonal skills
4. Experience with hand-craft work such as wood, metals, or clay is preferred

No prior experience required; beginner level.

High School Diploma or equivalent
