- Develop and execute merchandising strategy for UK/Ireland & Nordics, including e-commerce, with a retail-first and client-centric approach.
- Conduct ongoing sales analysis by category and collections to drive business growth.
- Create, review, and adapt assortments according to market specificities and business trends.
- Build, evaluate, and revise sales plans at category and collection levels in alignment with RD and Finance.
- Develop comprehensive 360 action plans for new launches and larger category ambitions.
- Capitalize on growth trends and address underperforming collections with strategic initiatives.
- Maximize sell-through in partnership with Supply Chain through regular business analysis and manage assortment adjustments.
- Provide quantitative reports and qualitative feedback to local top management and EMEA merchandising team.
- Identify innovative business opportunities through sales analysis, retail feedback, and competitive market research.
- Build assortments for new stores or relocations considering sales targets, competitors, and specificities.
- Establish credibility and build strong relationships with retail leaders from each store.
- Support store openings and relocations by implementing merchandising displays in collaboration with VM team and Supply Chain.
- Develop and deploy tactical category training and strategic messaging to support retail initiatives.
- Gather feedback, support client events, and assess merchandising decisions in retail environments.
- Execute caravans, selling events, and innovative concepts to drive sales through enhanced client loyalty and recruitment.
- Supervise and manage the cluster’s CVM lead and special CVM activations.
- Align collection placement strategy to support productivity and sales objectives.
- Analyze and provide feedback on the effectiveness of floor plan moves and product initiatives.
- Monitor capacity needs and ensure perfect retail execution in partnership with Retail, CVM, and Ops Teams.
- Bachelor’s degree, business major preferred
- 5-10 years of business experience
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Process-oriented with sound decision-making abilities
- Possess a luxury aesthetic sensibility
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement
- Proven ability to function effectively in a dynamic team environment
- Knowledge of basic retail concepts and calculations

Minimum of 5 years in a relevant business role.
