- Oversee media planning, including briefing, activation, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Translate business objectives into strategic briefs for agency direction.
- Ensure adherence to brand's creative direction across core platforms.
- Negotiate and deliver year-over-year efficiencies in media costs.
- Roll out the media roadmap successfully in the market.
- Identify and secure first-to-market opportunities with significant business impact.
- Foster collaborative relationships across multi-functional teams and external partners.
- Manage execution of department store and business partner activities.
- Oversee brand communication on third-party websites.
- Handle production of marketing communications with local agencies.
- Coordinate hoarding process for new store openings and relocations.
- Lead review and editing of translations for marketing materials.
- Process invoices and track communications budget.
- Create and maintain marketing reports and provide monthly summaries.
- Conduct market research and monitor competition.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in media, with agency experience mandatory.
- Experience with luxury brands.
- Strong knowledge of digital, social, and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and financial stewardship.
- Creativity and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and assist the Director.
- Fluent in German and English.

Minimum 5 years of experience in media, with a focus on luxury brands and agency work.
