- Achieve commercial targets and drive growth through client-centric strategies and brand desirability.
- Collaborate with Zone leadership to align company vision with market strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven track record in leading retail teams to maximize sales and profits.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition.
- Leadership and strategic thinking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Client-centric approach with a focus on luxury shopping experience.
- Ability to attract and develop diverse talent.
Minimum of 10 years in luxury/consumer goods business management, with recent experience in business unit or general management.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
