Tiffany & Co. Manufacturing Machine Operator

- Operate stamp presses safely and in accordance with toolmakers' specifications, ensuring alignment with work order styles.
- Manage and operate lapping and bead machines following precise specifications.
- Perform basic CNC machine operations and conduct quarterly machine cleanouts as scheduled by the manufacturing supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, machine tooling, and parts, ensuring they are free from excess oil deposits.
- Verify work orders prior to equipment operation and ensure product quality matches work order specifications.
- Proven working knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient communication skills in English, including reading, writing, and comprehension.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and maintain workpiece tolerances.
- High attention to detail and exceptional teamwork capabilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Capability to identify process problems and make necessary adjustments.
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Technical proficiency in operating manufacturing machinery.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Basic computer literacy.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
High School diploma or equivalent.
