Tiffany & Co. Manager of Client Relations

- Support the in-market strategy and execution of in-store and virtual client events, focusing on new and existing client activations and bespoke experiences.
- Collaborate with the Client Relations team and retail partners to execute all in-store events for the local market.
- Develop innovative ideas to animate stores during festive moments, product launches, and High Jewelry events.
- Ensure brand standards are maintained while supporting a localized approach through close collaboration with corporate partners.
- Execute the overarching client actions strategy.
- Manage end-to-end strategy and execution of client activations and experiences, partnering with key stakeholders.
- Work with production companies, agencies, and vendors to support and execute the client actions strategy.
- Create and manage the market client event calendar.
- Oversee the market client actions budget and track return on investment.
- Support new product launches, High Jewelry road shows, and ad hoc product events.
- Partner with merchandising and other corporate partners on event support and launch strategy.
- 5+ years of event management experience.
- Creativity with a high taste level.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a budget and support local initiatives.

Minimum of 5 years in event management, preferably within the luxury industry, with prior experience in a client relations or client-facing role.
The hiring range for this position is $122,485 to $172,920, dependent on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
