Tiffany & Co. Manager of Client Experience

- Execute market strategies for in-store and offsite client events, focusing on new and existing client activations and bespoke experiences.
- Collaborate with the EMEA Client Relations team and retail partners to implement in-store client events, including out-of-network and caravan events.
- Develop and maintain the event calendar and tracker.
- Conduct post-event reporting with a focus on ROI and propose improvement actions.
- Partner with local and regional teams on event requests, including concept, merchandising, visual merchandising, logistics, and reporting.
- Align event production and logistics with market strategy in collaboration with the Client Relations team.
- Manage the market events budget and work with production companies, agencies, and vendors to support and execute the client actions strategy.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client experience, event execution, retail operations, or hospitality.
- Sophisticated communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Existing relationships with vendors and external partners.
Minimum 5 years of experience in client experience, event execution, retail operations, or hospitality. Experience in the luxury industry and client-facing roles is preferred.
