- Define and execute a user-centric UX strategy to ensure seamless digital experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UX initiatives with business objectives.
- Advocate for human-centered design and embed UX best practices across digital platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of UX/UI designers, fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Plan and lead UX workshops, design sprints, and ideation sessions.
- Utilize facilitation techniques to drive alignment and problem-solving.
- Engage stakeholders with user-centered methodologies informed by research and insights.
- Present UX strategies and design recommendations to executive leadership.
- Establish and promote user research methodologies to inform design decisions.
- Conduct qualitative research, including usability studies and user interviews.
- Leverage insights and analytics to optimize the digital customer journey.
- Oversee UX/UI execution for high-priority digital initiatives.
- Ensure designs adhere to brand identity and digital accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with developers, content strategists, and product teams to implement UX solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Digital Strategy.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring UX/UI designers in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in user-centered design, UX research methodologies, and design thinking.
- Strong knowledge of design tools and a solid understanding of front-end technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for luxury, digital innovation, and crafting world-class customer experiences.

A minimum of 5 years in UX Design, Product Design, or Digital Strategy is required, with proven leadership in managing and mentoring design teams.
The hiring range for this position is $148,325 to $174,500, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
