1. Lead and develop the security team to meet the objectives of the Global Protection Department.
2. Ensure the maintenance of Global Protection Standards and promote a strong security culture.
3. Collaborate with Operations and Security Management to identify and implement shrink reduction strategies.
4. Optimize security schedules to ensure maximum coverage during peak times and events.
5. Support Emergency Preparedness and Incident Management efforts, serving as the point person during emergencies.
6. Ensure physical security systems and equipment are functioning optimally, including CCTV, alarms, and locks.
7. Conduct vulnerability assessments and other tasks as directed by Security Management.
8. Enhance client relationships to drive loyalty and increase overall spend.
9. Manage the security team to deliver a luxury security experience with a customer-centric approach.
10. Collaborate with store management to lead initiatives that enhance the client experience.

1. Valid Security License.
2. High School Diploma.
3. Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Highest level of integrity.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Proficient computer skills.
7. Authorization to work in Canada.

Minimum of 3 years in a security-related position, preferably in a retail environment, with an emphasis on customer service.

High School Diploma

The hiring range for this position is $25 to $33.70 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
