Loss Prevention Supervisor

1. Lead and develop the security team to meet the mission of the Global Protection Department.
2. Promote and support the protection of employees, clients, and assets.
3. Ensure Global Protection Standards are maintained.
4. Partner with Operations and Security Management to identify shrink reduction opportunities.
5. Optimize security schedules for peak hours and events.
6. Support Emergency Preparedness and Incident Management efforts.
7. Ensure physical security systems and equipment are functioning properly.
8. Conduct vulnerability evaluations as directed by Security Management.
9. Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and spending.
10. Manage the security team to provide a luxury security experience.
11. Partner with store management to enhance client experience.

1. Valid Security License
2. High School Diploma
3. Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
4. Highest level of integrity
5. Authorization to work in Canada

5. Sense of urgency and problem-solving ability

Minimum 3 years of experience, with preferred experience in a retail/security environment and one to two years in a security-related position with an emphasis on customer service.

High School Diploma

The hiring range for this position is $25-33.70 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission. The rate of pay offered will depend on relevant skills and experience.
