Loss Prevention Supervisor

1. Lead and develop the security team to meet the mission of the Global Protection Department.
2. Promote the protection of employees, clients, and assets.
3. Support security-related business needs in partnership with Security Managers.
4. Ensure Global Protection Standards are maintained.
5. Motivate the security team to focus on security culture drivers.
6. Partner with Operations and Security Management to identify shrink reduction opportunities.
7. Optimize security schedules for peak hours and events.
8. Support Emergency Preparedness and Incident Management efforts.
9. Ensure physical security systems and equipment are functioning properly.
10. Conduct vulnerability evaluations as directed by Security Management.
11. Enhance client relationships to drive loyalty and spend.
12. Manage the security team with a customer-centric approach.
13. Partner with store management for initiatives that enhance client experience.
14. Coach staff to provide consistent and gracious customer greetings.
15. Maintain a professional demeanor with clients and employees.

1. Fluently bilingual in French and English
2. Valid Security License
3. High School Diploma
4. Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
5. Highest level of integrity
6. Strong computer skills
7. Authorization to work in Canada

Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a retail/security environment. One to two years of prior experience in a security-related position with an emphasis on customer service.

High School Diploma
