1. Lead and develop the security team to meet the objectives of the Global Protection Department.
2. Ensure the maintenance of Global Protection Standards.
3. Collaborate with Security Managers to address security-related business needs.
4. Optimize security schedules for peak times and events.
5. Support Emergency Preparedness and Incident Management efforts.
6. Ensure functionality and maintenance of physical security systems.
7. Conduct vulnerability evaluations as directed.
8. Enhance client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
9. Manage security team to maintain a customer-centric approach.
10. Collaborate with store management to enhance client experience.

1. Fluently bilingual in French and English.
2. Valid Security License.
3. High School Diploma.
4. Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Highest level of integrity.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Proficient in computer skills.
8. Authorization to work in Canada.
