- Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees by deterring theft, responding to incidents and enforcing store security procedures.
- Serve as an ambassador and first point of contact for clients, delivering the Tiffany client experience and supporting sales through relationship-building.
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and store management to investigate and report missing assets, execute incident management procedures and escalate emergencies.
- Perform daily security operations and controls including inspections, alarm tests, key access management and equipment checks.
- Execute back-of-house operational tasks such as opening and closing procedures, and assist with facilities repairs and communications with the store team.
- Apply Client Experience Behaviors (TEI program) and act on client feedback from Voice of Customer surveys to optimise in-store hospitality and amenities.
- Valid Security License (required).
- High School Diploma (required).
- Legal authorization to work in Canada (required).
- Availability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Customer service experience and basic computer skills (required).
- Preferred: experience in a retail or security environment and at least one year in a security-related role.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; preference given to candidates with retail security experience and at least one year in a security-related position.
