1. Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees by deterring theft, responding to incidents and enforcing store security procedures.
2. Serve as an ambassador and first point of contact for clients, delivering the Tiffany client experience and supporting sales through relationship-building.
3. Partner with Senior Security Officer and store management to investigate and report missing assets, execute incident management procedures and escalate emergencies.
4. Perform daily security operations and controls including inspections, alarm tests, key access management and equipment checks.
5. Execute back-of-house operational tasks such as opening and closing procedures, and assist with facilities repairs and communications with the store team.
6. Apply Client Experience Behaviors (TEI program) and act on client feedback from Voice of Customer surveys to optimise in-store hospitality and amenities.

1. Valid Security License (required).
2. High School Diploma (required).
3. Legal authorization to work in Canada (required).
4. Availability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
5. Customer service experience and basic computer skills (required).
6. Preferred: experience in a retail or security environment and at least one year in a security-related role.
