- Lead projects from concept to final implementation, ensuring cohesive and visually appealing design language across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, developers, and marketing, to create visually compelling and user-centric designs.
- Oversee the tasks and outputs of international digital design partners and agencies.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products.
- Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure Tiffany & Co. remains at the forefront of digital design innovation.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and development teams.
- Ensure all UI designs align with Tiffany & Co.'s brand identity and aesthetic standards.
- Develop, validate, and execute product strategies across teams, initiatives, and channels to drive a luxury omni-channel experience for all customers.
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces.
- Must be based and eligible to work in the USA (NYC).
- Proven experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated user-centric approach to work, with experience in delivering elevated and intuitively designed digital experiences crafted with direct input from user insights, analytics, and brand principles.

Minimum of 6 years in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces.
Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
The hiring range for this position is $134,810 - $190,320, dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
