1. Design, plan, and implement network solutions, including LANs, WANs, WLANs, and VPNs.
2. Evaluate and recommend network hardware and software technologies.
3. Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
4. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues.
5. Perform network maintenance and upgrades, including patching, firmware updates, and hardware replacements.
6. Manage and maintain network security devices, such as firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
7. Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to understand network requirements.
8. Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
9. Implement and maintain network security policies and procedures.
10. Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans.
11. Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and trends.
12. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for network infrastructure.
13. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
14. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 6+ years of experience in network engineering.
3. Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including SD-WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and firewalls.
4. Experience with network security best practices.
5. Experience leading and mentoring a team.

1. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
4. Ability to decode and analyze packet captures.
5. Hands-on experience with Meraki Dashboard and Cisco DNA.

Minimum of 6+ years in network engineering, with experience in leading and mentoring a team.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
