1. Operate laser welding machinery with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
2. Repair and build jewelry components using various metals such as Sterling Silver, 18K Gold, and Platinum.
3. Perform quality inspections to ensure compliance with Tiffany & Co. standards.
4. Participate in new product development and process improvements.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment through 6S housekeeping practices.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in using hand tools such as files and scopes.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
5. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

1. Expertise in laser welding techniques.
2. Understanding of metal heat conduction and Argon settings.
3. Ability to perform first piece and in-process inspections.
4. Strong communication skills in English.
5. Adaptability to change and continuous improvement mindset.

Minimum 3 years of experience in laser welding or a related field.
