- Set up sterling silver, platinum, and gold pieces for high-volume hand soldering production in adherence to Tiffany quality and production standards.
- Operate gas flux torch soldering equipment and various machinery, including Link-o-Matic, water welders, and Joyal assembly equipment.
- Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform assembly-related duties with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct quality checks on soldered jewelry pieces and components.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in precious metal soldering and jewelry assembly.
- Proficiency in selecting appropriate tools and materials for jewelry soldering tasks.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Must pass a background check.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to recognize and troubleshoot issues with jewelry pieces.
- Capacity to follow detailed work instructions and directions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.
At least 2 years of experience in precious metal soldering and jewelry assembly is required.
