1. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures at the worksite.
2. Report any safety incidents or issues to the supervisor promptly.
3. Set diamonds and colored precious stones to meet Tiffany & Co.'s quality standards, ensuring even placement and stone integrity.
4. Execute the setting process efficiently, delivering clean and timely work.
5. Perform additional duties as required.
6. Maintain 5S housekeeping standards.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in pave, prong setting, and burnishing, or equivalent skill level of a Setter II.
2. Proficiency in working with platinum, 18KT gold, colored stones, and fancy cut-shaped stones.
3. Familiarity with jewelry tools such as burrs, gravers, and burnishers.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Flexibility to adapt to changing company needs.
7. Capability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
8. Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as needed.
9. Understanding of safety protocols, including the use of safety glasses and Plexiglas shields.
10. Proficiency in English communication.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in jewelry setting, particularly in pave, prong setting, and burnishing techniques.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. GIA Certification is advantageous.
