1. Conduct meticulous inspections of serviced jewelry, silver goods, watches, and other luxury items using established standards and specifications.
2. Document and communicate inspection results to the Repair Services team and Operations staff to ensure quality meets client expectations.
3. Assist in resolving quality issues and propose solutions to enhance service levels.
4. Participate in the training and development of new team members.
5. Manage the workflow of orders through the department, prioritizing tasks to meet client deadlines.
6. Maintain systematic records and reports to capture inspection results and identify trends.
7. Collaborate with technicians and management to improve overall service quality.

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum of 4 years' experience in the jewelry industry
3. Completion of Graduate Gemology degree or GIA courses
4. Previous experience in Quality Assurance
5. Experience using microscopes
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
7. Flexible work schedule with the ability to work overtime, including weekends
8. Customer service orientation
9. Meticulous attention to detail
10. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Completion of a Graduate Gemology degree or GIA courses is essential.

The hiring range for this position is $25 - $34 per hour, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
