1. Polish and wash all assigned customer-owned and stock jewelry items in accordance with Tiffany quality standards and time frames.
2. Maintain production targets and advise management on order processing, production quality, and order processing issues.
3. Maintain an organized workstation and accurate logbook of all completed orders, while providing order updates to the department's administrative staff.
4. Ensure the health and safety of all employees, customers, contractors, and visitors by eliminating or minimizing risks at the workplace.
5. Ensure workers have an understanding of safe workflows.
6. Ensure fixtures, fittings, plant, equipment, and tools in the workplace are in a safe condition and are serviced or replaced regularly.
7. Implement and comply with the Work Health & Safety Management System policy and procedures.
8. Ensure employees are aware of their responsibilities to report any injury or hazard immediately and facilitate resolution of WHS issues.

1. At least 5 years of polishing work experience with all metals and precious stones and/or relevant technical school training.
2. Experience in washing various polished metals and gemstones.
3. Ability to meet established deadlines.
4. Ability to use multi or single-speed polishing machines and various polishing rouges.
5. Ability to effectively communicate thoughts and ideas.

1. Proficiency in using polishing equipment and tools.
2. Knowledge of dust collection and wash out equipment.
3. Experience with sandblasting machines and techniques.

Minimum 5 years of experience in polishing work with all metals and precious stones.
