1. Polish all precious metal jewelry pieces to meet Tiffany & Co.'s production and quality standards.
2. Adhere to all safety procedures and promptly report incidents and safety issues to the supervisor.
3. Execute all steps of the polishing process using the polishing motor on various shapes and sizes of precious metal components and finished goods.
4. Perform brushing, felting, split-lap, flexible shaft, 3-M, Grind & Prep, laser welding, stoning, and dry wheel operations.
5. Verify the accuracy of work orders and escalate discrepancies appropriately.
6. Maintain attention to detail and focus on quality while polishing intricate Hollowware pieces and ensuring adherence to production requirements.
