4. Perform brushing, felting, split-lap, flexible shaft, 3-M, Grind & Prep, laser welding, stoning, and dry wheel techniques.
5. Verify accuracy of work orders and escalate discrepancies appropriately.
6. Maintain attention to detail and focus on quality while polishing intricate Hollowware pieces.
7. Minimize inventory failure while working on a wide range of products.
