1. Perform refinishing on completed repairs including rings, chains, charms, earrings, bracelets, and other items.
2. Work with all precious metals including platinum, gold, and silver.
3. Utilize standard polishing techniques such as gluing, sanding, sand blasting, lapping, hand polishing, and plating.
4. Develop deep product knowledge of Tiffany & Co. including designers, collections, materials, and repair techniques.
5. Ensure workshop safety and minimize risks.
6. Complete all craft work according to Tiffany quality and design standards.
7. Meet or exceed established productivity standards.
8. Maintain organized orders and workspace.
9. Develop and share skills and techniques with coworkers.
10. Comply with health and safety requirements.

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years of experience
3. All metal type polishing
4. Re-finishing including sandblasting and sanding
5. Specialty ring polishing including lapping and thrumming
6. Gemstone and non-precious stone identification and care
7. Flexible work schedule and ability to work overtime
8. Strong attention to detail

Minimum 3 years of experience in jewelry polishing, with preferred experience of 5-10 years.

Degree from a jewelry technical/design program is preferred.

Flexible work schedule and ability to work overtime as needed.
