1. Perform refinishing on completed repairs, including rings, chains, charms, earrings, bracelets, and other items.
2. Work with precious metals such as platinum, gold, and silver, as well as specialty materials.
3. Utilize standard polishing techniques including gluing, sanding, sand blasting, lapping, hand polishing, and plating.
4. Ensure all craft work meets Tiffany quality and design standards.
5. Maintain organized work orders and adhere to due dates.
6. Develop and apply knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products, designers, collections, materials, and repair techniques.
7. Comply with health and safety requirements and maintain a safe workstation.
8. Assist with workflow management and participate in special projects.
9. Collaborate with coworkers for problem-solving and process improvement.

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in metal polishing
3. Proficiency in refinishing techniques including sandblasting and sanding
4. Knowledge of gemstone identification and care
5. Fluent in English, both written and verbal
6. Flexible work schedule with the ability to work overtime
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment

1. Expertise in all metal type polishing
2. Specialty ring polishing including lapping and thrumming
3. Client service orientation
4. Strong initiative and ability to work without constant direction
5. Excellent organizational abilities
6. Ability to inspire trust and professionalism
7. Effective communication skills with different management levels

Minimum 3 years of experience in jewelry polishing or a related field.

High school diploma or equivalent
