1. Perform jewelry repairs and alterations using standard techniques such as soldering, laser welding, and stone setting.
2. Ensure all work meets Tiffany & Co.'s quality and design standards.
3. Maintain organized workspaces and adhere to established procedures for parts and materials management.
4. Conduct basic watch services including battery and strap changes.
5. Engage with clients to address questions and assist with alterations.
6. Develop and share knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products, including materials and repair techniques.
7. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share skills.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workshop.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in jewelry craftsmanship.
2. Proficiency in soldering, laser welding, and diamond setting.
3. Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Professional demeanor and communication skills.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in jewelry craftsmanship is required.

Degree from a jewelry technical/design program is preferred. Completion of a Graduate Gemology degree or relevant courses is advantageous.
