- Significant model-making training with 5-10 years of bench experience.
- Master craft level proficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of jewelry manufacturing and related industries.
- Extensive experience with jewelry materials, precious metals, and gemstones.
- Proven ability to maintain design integrity while troubleshooting manufacturing processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and brainstorming abilities.
- Team player with high professionalism.
- Adaptability to meet urgent timelines under high demand.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in jewelry or related industries.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Jewelry Design, Jewelry Arts, Industrial or Fashion Design, or Engineering preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $34.43 - $46.58 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
