- Lead the transformation of the IT Quality Assurance organization to align with business processes and ensure efficient delivery of quality.
- Develop and implement QA strategies and methodologies, including tooling, process methodologies, and performance testing.
- Define and execute a comprehensive regression test suite in harmony with DevOps practices.
- Modernize test execution through the development and implementation of automated testing.
- Collaborate with product and project teams for demand management, planning, and resourcing of QA activities.
- Manage and lead internal and external QA teams to ensure timely delivery of QA deliverables.
- Develop and approve test strategies and plans for projects, managing risks and issues proactively.
- Optimize resource utilization and monitor performance metrics, supporting corrective actions as needed.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to QA leads, conducting performance reviews and identifying development opportunities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, participating in candidate screening and validating vendor estimates and plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or related field.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience in testing activities for large-scale projects using an outsourcing model.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience leading teams and managing test automation processes.
- Experience with resource management, financial tracking, and scheduling.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical issues into business terms.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of JIRA and ServiceNow is preferred.
- Experience in managing SaaS solutions and utilizing UiPath as a test automation platform is advantageous.
Minimum 8 to 10 years in testing activities for large-scale projects, with at least 2 to 3 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or a related field.
The hiring range for this position is $134,000 to $190,000, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
