1. Lead a data squad focused on a specific business function, such as supply chain or omnichannel/client services.
2. Collaborate with business product owners to define roadmaps, prioritize topics, and plan effectively.
3. Act as a trusted advisor and leader in delivering agile data solutions.
4. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of solutions with a focus on business outcomes.
5. Manage and mentor a cross-functional team, including Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Data Architects, and more.
6. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
7. Align business objectives with technical solutions.
8. Monitor project progress and address issues promptly.
9. Continuously improve processes and methodologies for enhanced delivery efficiency.
10. Animate the IT product management chapter and establish best practices.
11. Educate business teams on IT data products and provide guidance to change management teams.

1. 6+ years of relevant IT experience in product or project management.
2. 5+ years of experience in data warehouse and data analytics.
3. 5+ years of experience in Agile software development, preferably Scrum.
4. Strong facilitation and leadership skills with self-managed work teams.
5. Ability to motivate teams comprising multiple vendors and skill sets.
6. Superior verbal and written communication skills.
7. Superior organizational skills.
8. Ability to grasp technical issues quickly and apply good judgment to resolve them.
9. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
10. Entrepreneurial mindset with a business-oriented approach to tech delivery.

2. Proven experience in delivering data and analytics solutions.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
4. Deep understanding of agile methodologies and principles.
5. Proficiency in Google Cloud (BigQuery and Dataform), Microsoft Power BI, and Dataiku.
6. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
7. High level of business acumen and technical knowledge.
8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
9. Ability to drive projects to successful completion within scope, time, and budget.
10. Comfortable working remotely.

Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant fields.
