- Lead a data squad focused on a specific business function, such as supply chain or omnichannel/client services.
- Collaborate with business product owners to define roadmaps, prioritize topics, and plan effectively.
- Act as a trusted advisor and leader in delivering agile data solutions.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of solutions with a focus on business outcomes.
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional team, including Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Data Architects, and more.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Align business objectives with technical solutions.
- Monitor project progress and address issues promptly.
- Continuously improve processes and methodologies for enhanced delivery efficiency.
- Animate the IT product management chapter and establish best practices.
- Educate business teams on IT data products and provide guidance to change management teams.
- 6+ years of relevant IT experience in product or project management.
- 5+ years of experience in data warehouse and data analytics.
- 5+ years of experience in Agile software development, preferably Scrum.
- Strong facilitation and leadership skills with self-managed work teams.
- Ability to motivate teams comprising multiple vendors and skill sets.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Ability to grasp technical issues quickly and apply good judgment to resolve them.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a business-oriented approach to tech delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience in delivering data and analytics solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and principles.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud (BigQuery and Dataform), Microsoft Power BI, and Dataiku.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- High level of business acumen and technical knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to drive projects to successful completion within scope, time, and budget.
- Comfortable working remotely.
Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant fields.
