1. Provide expert-level support for critical infrastructure incidents, including root cause analysis and implementation of long-term solutions.
2. Proactively monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and storage.
3. Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of new infrastructure projects and upgrades.
4. Lead or coordinate the migration, testing, and configuration of new infrastructure components.
5. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure systems, configurations, and procedures.
6. Collaborate with other IT teams and business partners to ensure seamless operations and successful project delivery.
7. Work with external vendors for infrastructure-related services and solutions.

1. 2-3 years of experience working as an IT Infrastructure Specialist or similar role.
2. Demonstrated experience with current IT infrastructure technologies.
3. Strong proficiency in network fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls).
4. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for infrastructure performance and health.
5. Technical proficiency with Cisco/Meraki networking equipment and Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365).
6. Hands-on field service and installation experience for infrastructure hardware.

5. Process-oriented with strong attention to detail in infrastructure configurations.
6. Flexible schedule with availability for after-hours support and on-call rotations.
7. Customer service oriented with a focus on delivering reliable infrastructure services.

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience.
