1. Develop and maintain a high-availability network and server infrastructure, ensuring security and compliance.
2. Implement technical solutions in accordance with Tiffany standards and guidelines.
3. Act as the regional technical authority on network and server infrastructure domains.
4. Resolve escalated incidents and tasks related to network or server issues within the EMEA team.
5. Monitor system performance metrics and analyze trends for infrastructure improvements.
6. Research and adopt emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure resilience and performance.
7. Collaborate with the Infrastructure Manager on vendor relationships and contract management.
8. Lead infrastructure projects from conception to completion, including budgeting and stakeholder communication.
9. Serve as an escalation point for critical network or server system issues.
10. Collaborate on diverse projects across functions, providing IT infrastructure expertise.
11. Generate comprehensive documentation, including technical guides and best practices.
12. Participate in various projects such as store openings and events based on business requirements.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience managing IT infrastructures.
3. Experience in multinational companies, preferably within the retail industry.
4. Solid knowledge of ITIL frameworks and practical implementation experience.

1. Expertise in deploying and managing complex networks and server environments.
2. Proficiency with tools such as Meraki, Cisco Catalyst, Velocloud, Infoblox, Vmware, Service Now, Zscaler, Palo Alto.
3. Strong communication skills in both French and English (C2 level).
4. Leadership qualities and strong project management skills.
5. Adaptability and attention to detail in dynamic environments.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructures, with a proven track record in multinational companies, preferably within the retail sector.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
