- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of developers and support staff.

- Work with NY IT teams to design and implement technology solutions.
- Ensure IT projects deliver value and align with business expectations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for applications.
- Generate regular reports on application performance and project status.
- Collaborate with compliance and security teams to ensure regulatory and security compliance.
- Identify and mitigate technology-related risks.
- Conduct regular code reviews and testing.
- Evaluate and select technology vendors and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or luxury industry.
- Proven experience as an Application Manager or similar role.
- Experience in project management, delivering complex projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Understanding of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
- Technical background in software development and application architecture.
- Analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Azure, Salesforce cloud, and databases (SQL server, Oracle) is a plus.
