1. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of developers and support staff.

5. Lead cross-functional IT projects supporting business objectives.

10. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.

13. Translate business objectives into IT strategies and solutions.
14. Align technology initiatives with corporate strategy.
15. Identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements.
16. Serve as the primary contact for IT-related inquiries and issues.
17. Work with NY IT teams to design and implement technology solutions.
18. Ensure IT projects deliver value and align with business expectations.
19. Maintain comprehensive documentation for applications.
20. Generate regular reports on application performance and project status.
21. Collaborate with compliance and security teams to ensure regulatory and security compliance.
22. Identify and mitigate technology-related risks.
23. Conduct regular code reviews and testing.
24. Evaluate and select technology vendors and partners.
25. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with vendors.

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or luxury industry.
3. Proven experience as an Application Manager or similar role.
4. Experience in project management, delivering complex projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
5. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
6. Understanding of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
7. Technical background in software development and application architecture.
8. Analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
9. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
10. Interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
11. Business-level English proficiency.
12. Vendor management and negotiation skills.
13. Knowledge of Azure, Salesforce cloud, and databases (SQL server, Oracle) is a plus.
