Tiffany & Co. Inventory Control & Asset Coordinator

- Receive and process all incoming inventory, including loose stones, vendor samples, components, raw materials, and finished goods, ensuring systematic and physical transfer according to SOPs.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, high-value counts, and transaction history reviews, addressing discrepancies as needed.
- Manage inventory transfers to and from internal and external customers, including engineering, manufacturing, and testing labs.
- Create JDE requisitions for non-inventory items and manage purchase orders for samples, components, and castings.
- Ensure all outbound shipments are packaged and processed correctly, maintaining communication with stakeholders regarding asset movements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Inventory Control Department and assist in maintaining a secure work area.
- Execute additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of operational experience
- Working knowledge of JDE and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in inventory control or a related field is required.
High School Diploma; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $22.87 to $30.94, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
