- Assist in the creation of monthly CRM reports and prepare relevant data for presentations.
- Present reporting results to store and team management in both German and English.
- Analyze CRM raw data to derive insights and present findings graphically.
- Contribute to the translation of newsletters and customer communications from English to German.
- Creatively design online catalogs and internal training materials.
- Support the provision of resources needed for daily store operations.
- Collaborate with store staff to gather feedback on international retail projects, derive best practices, and prepare them for communication.
- Conduct independent research on various topics, including brand trends, customer behavior, and new communication methods.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Business Administration, Client Management, or a related field.
- Seeking an internship position, ideally for 6 months starting January 2026.
- Initial experience in project management, data analysis, or CRM, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong communication skills, deadline-oriented, and enjoys autonomous projects.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with numbers and large data sets.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in German and English, with confidence in delivering presentations in both languages.
