Tiffany & Co. In‑Store Production Coordinator

- Maintain and update detailed project trackers, timelines and milestone calendars for all active development initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for Design & Production meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes and manage action‑item follow‑through.
- Manage vendor communications: track deliverables, confirm timelines, flag risks or delays to the Manager and support vendor onboarding/RFP materials.
- Organise and maintain development documentation including technical drawings, prototype records, approvals and version control systems.
- Track prototype iterations, sample shipments, testing results, approval status and prototyping budget expenditures.
- Coordinate production timelines for custom fixtures and support installation planning, scheduling and on‑site logistics.
- Partner with Styling, Market Operations and other stakeholders to consolidate feedback and ensure rollout documentation and quantities are aligned.
- Develop and implement standard templates, improve file management systems and identify workflow efficiencies to enhance operational excellence.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail production, visual merchandising production, fixture development or related operations.
- Proven experience working with vendors and managing production timelines and installations.
- Ability to read and interpret millwork and technical drawings.
- Working knowledge of 3D CAD tools (Rhino, Keyshot and/or Vectorworks) preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Comfort coordinating on‑site installations and handling store logistics.

At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in retail production, visual merchandising production, fixture development or closely related operational roles, with demonstrated responsibility for managing vendors, prototypes and installation logistics.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, product design, architecture or a related discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience in production or fixture development will be considered.
