1. Provide administrative support across core HR functions including onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
2. Prepare employment letters and support employee documentation requests.
3. Perform systems data verification to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Process HR-related invoices and maintain proper documentation.
5. Assist with onboarding logistics and preparation for retail and corporate hires.
6. Help track and update headcount reports, organizational charts, and HR dashboards.
7. Assist with HR projects and engagement initiatives that support company culture and DEIB efforts.
8. Support Health & Safety initiatives, including documentation and tracking safety metrics.
9. Contribute to the creation of HR tools and resources for store teams.

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a college/university degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
6. Ability to work primarily on-site in an office environment, with occasional visits to retail stores.

Beginner level experience, with previous internship or co-op experience in HR, retail, or corporate environments preferred.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

The hiring range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experiences.
