- Manage the recruitment process independently, from job posting to interview participation.
- Prepare logistical and administrative onboarding for new employees.
- Organize integration sessions and present the company and teams to new hires.
- Draft and distribute internal HR newsletters and communication materials.
- Participate in the development and organization of internal events and team-building activities.
- Support the administrative management of the VIE program and assist in the recruitment of VIE candidates.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team on various tasks and projects.
- Monitor HR best practices and market trends.
- Manage interns and apprentices at the headquarters.
- Assist in implementing HR procedures and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Enrolled in a business or HR school.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, with proficiency in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage projects autonomously.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proactive, curious, with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
