- Manage key talent recruitment pipelines, including attraction, selection, contract management, and onboarding.
- Assist in organizing events, training opportunities, and development programs for talent development.
- Support the bi-annual employee engagement survey and subsequent action planning initiatives.
- Participate in employee relations by note-taking in disciplinary meetings and investigations.
- Contribute to the conception and development of key people, culture, leadership, and talent projects.
- Respond to general HR inquiries and manage HR communications such as newsletters and announcements.
- Perform generalist HR tasks, including contract audits, filing, and invoice management.
- Assist with the leavers and joiners process, including drafting contracts and updating HRIS.
- Maintain the probation log and communicate updates to relevant managers.
- Manage various types of leave, including absence management and family leave.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and enhance employee experience initiatives.
- Support payroll processing by providing relevant documents and data monthly.
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
- Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Collaborative team player
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proactive and positive attitude
Beginner-level experience in HR or related fields, with a focus on recruitment and HR operations.
