- Establish and maintain strong relationships with management and employees within client groups.
- Act as the primary HR contact for designated client groups.
- Ensure continuous interaction with employees to gauge the overall business health.
- Collaborate with various departments and key business leaders.
- Promote HR activities and enhance HR processes strategically.
- Proactively source and recruit for all positions in the Northern Europe market.
- Build a candidate network within the luxury market through proactive search and professional networks.
- Lead strategic recruitment projects, including new store openings.
- Draft position descriptions and advertisements.
- Partner with management on employee relations issues and policy interpretation.
- Stay informed on Northern Europe employment legislation.
- Contribute to policy and procedural changes in line with business needs and legal requirements.
- Guide management through progressive discipline procedures.
- Conduct investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances per HR policy and legislation.
- Ensure completion of new hire paperwork, offer letters, and employment contracts.
- Provide HR data support for payroll administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
- Update employee data in the HR system for corporate reporting.
- Generate HR reports as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HR role.
- Experience in employee relations and recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Customer-service oriented mindset.
A minimum of 5 years in a comparable HR advisory role, with a focus on employee relations and recruitment.
